Avril has over 20 years of nutrition coaching experience as a Registered Dietitian in a variety of settings. She loves and thrives in translating the science into practical and implementable advice for her clients. With an understanding that health is a journey, her comprehensive plans address not only nutrition, but also stress, sleep, movement, and environment, and she provides ongoing support and education. Additionally, as an avid fitness enthusiast and with a background in personal training, Avril can combine her skills to provide comprehensive wellness and weight loss programs.
