Awvean Farshadi

Awvean Farshadi, RMHCI, is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy in Sheridan and across Florida via telehealth. She works with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Awvean uses a client-centered approach grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help individuals build coping skills and gain insight. Fluent in English and Farsi, she offers culturally responsive care in a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, empowered, and able to move toward meaningful, lasting change.
