Dr. Djamson educated you about your diet and how important it is to exercise. Dr. Djamson really cares about you as a patient. Finally, I also appreciate the use of innovative options, inserted heart monitor, reference to other heart specialists for a procedure that worked!, AI phone response system, electronics phr, and transfer of prescriptions to my preferred pharmacy, etc....and the list continues to expand. Recently, when I was leaving late in the day, a few staff clinicians were outside ensuring another patient had the right Lyft driver and then helped the patient settle into the car. Dr. Djamson earned his medical degree from the University of Ghana Medical School. After graduating, he moved to New York City to complete his residency in internal medicine at Beth Israel Medical Center through the Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University. He then completed his fellowship in cardiology at the same institution.
Today, Dr. Djamson is an experienced cardiologist, able to diagnose and treat many complex conditions, including cardiac tumors, endocarditis, heart rhythm problems, palpitations, and arrhythmias. At Metropolitan Cardiovascular Consultants, LLC, he provides diagnostic tests including cardiac catheterization, nuclear stress testing, and arterial dopplers in order to precisely identify his patients’ conditions.

I was referred to Dr Ayim by my primary GP. I find Dr Ayim very detailed and meticulous. He has a way of putting your fears away by engaging with you and this puts you at home. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to him
Dr. Djamson greeted me with a smile and shake hand. He was not satisfied with my blood pressure reading and recent EKG and asked the technician to retake them in his presence. He checked my breath sounds, heart beats and the pulses in my lower extremities and pitting. He also checked my recent lab data. As a result he recommended a follow up stress test, echocardiogram and vascular studies of my legs. I will be returning for these tests later this month and in December. I will be seeing Dr. Djamson in January to review the results. I feel very well taken care of and very happy he is my cardiologist.
I have a unique problem. If I sit on something that is higher than my feet can touch the floor then my toes will turn purple. He performed a lot of test. My heart is OK. My blood vessels are too. So he is doing more research. In a few weeks, I will be going back for a stress test. This doctor is thorough.
