Azuka Ofodike

Azuka Ofodike, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 14 years of experience graduated from Rutgers University School of Nursing,  Newark—formerly University of Medicine and Dentistry Newark NJ. In this role; I have been providing dedicated and skilled behavioral and mental health services to individuals and families in need of these services. I have worked to help clients heal and grow as well as change lives in the inpatient; outpatient and partial hospitalization programs with focus on adolescents and/or adults to end of life. I have great expertise in psychiatric evaluation; psychotherapy and medication management with focus on comprehensive and holistic mental health care to help individuals function better. My ultimate goal is in helping patients and/or families struggling with mental health to achieve best possible positive outcome that is patient centered and empowering I specialize in treating wide array of mental health conditions including but not limited to Anxiety Disorder; Panic Disorder; Social Anxiety; Generalized Anxiety; PTSD; OCD; Depression; Bipolar Disorder; Schizophrenia; Psychosis; Insomnia.
