Bailey listens, demonstrates a caring nature, and accepts my input in planning my care. She’s helped me find the right combination of meds needed to manage my care.

Love telehealth, however, good to know that provider is there in person too if I should need FTF.
Bailey listened to what all I had been dealing with and talked with me about different options. She valued my thoughts and wanted to start where I felt was needed.
Bailey is always friendly and asks alot of questions about how things are going. She also allows you to speak about problematic things going on, as well as good things. She does a great job of providing feedback that you need to hear.

There aren’t enough words to express how AMAZING Bailey is! She is great with my daughter and takes her time explaining everything to both of us. My daughter loves her! The real gem here though is the exceptional work she put into med management. After 3 months of some unexplainable opportunities, lots of patience, frustration, repetition, American Girl stuff (lol) and appeals, Bailey was finally able to convince our insurance to approve the med WE wanted through sheer AWESOMENESS!
