There aren’t enough words to express how AMAZING Bailey is! She is great with my daughter and takes her time explaining everything to both of us. My daughter loves her! The real gem here though is the exceptional work she put into med management. After 3 months of some unexplainable opportunities, lots of patience, frustration, repetition, American Girl stuff (lol) and appeals, Bailey was finally able to convince our insurance to approve the med WE wanted through sheer AWESOMENESS!
