During her doctoral program, she was a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
For over six years, Beena has been working in dermatology. She received specialized training at the prestigious Princeton University, and she is certified in basic cardiac life support (BCLS), advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), and pediatric advanced life support (PALS). Beena also keeps current with the latest advances in the field of dermatology by attending national conferences and strives to help her patients achieve the best health and wellness possible.
At MDCS Dermatology: Medical Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery, Beena provides individualized care for a variety of dermatological conditions, including eczema, acne, psoriasis, warts and moles, skin cancer, skin tags, and other nail and hair conditions. Pleasant but I wish to see "the doctor" when I visit. Not a nurse practitioner no matter what her knowledge is. I have experience skin cancer in the past and wanted a more thorough exam and to see the doctor (which is what my insurance is paying for)

The day of my appointment, Dr Husain was having trouble with the machine that analysis skin samples. The Doctor kept me informed and had his staff provide updates as my surgery progressed. They did not leave me in a room wondering what was going on but kept me up to date. That was greatly appreciated.

His explanations and recommendations are clearly explained including any risks or side effects that may occur while trying to resolve them. A very trustworthy and professional Dermatologist for sure!
Lea answered all my questions and remedied my leg irrational sores via injections. I'm feeling much better and appreciate the service and congeniality that Lea demonstrates to me as her patient. I highly recommend her for dermatology flare ups, moles, I have been prescribed medications for my legs and the sores are healing nicely.
