My visit and experience was great. The staff was warm and welcoming as usual. Dr. Augero friendly and polite as well even though my appointment was not with him. Belkis the Nurse Practitioner was courteous, thorough and professional. She took the time to explain my test results and answer any concerns or questions l had.
Belkis is a professional, but at the same time she is so sweet and caring. I am new at the practice, however, she makes you feel like you have known her forever.
