I was happy and fortunate that Doctor Dines was able to take me as a new patient. His practice is conveniently located in downtown Seattle and his office and staff are wonderful. I was greeted warmly and was impressed with the waiting room with a selection of complimentary beverages for anyone in need. The sign-in process was smooth and my meeting with Dr. Dines was comfortable and did not feel rushed. I am grateful and look forward to good doctor/patient relationship in the future!

Dr. Benjamin Dines is everything you hope to find in a primary care doctor. He’s warm, approachable, and takes the time to truly listen. You never feel rushed he makes you feel like your health and well being actually matter. In a time when so much of healthcare feels cold and impersonal, Dr. Dines is a genuine breath of fresh air. His compassion and professionalism set him apart. I recommend him without hesitation!
Truly one of the best experiences I’ve had at a doctor’s office in a long time. The entire team was welcoming, efficient, and made me feel genuinely cared for from the moment I walked in. The doctor was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but took the time to explain everything in a way that was clear, respectful, and free of any judgment. It felt like I was actually being listened to — which, let’s be honest, is rare these days. Oh, and bonus points — easy on the eyes, too!
