I’m not one to respond to a survey unless I have a lot to say about the experience… and that is the case with Ben Jeffrey. I have been his patient for a couple of years and he has always been very professional but at the same timeShow more he makes you feel like you are really being heard and not just a number on a chart. It is very comforting to know that I can call him if I am having anxiety, panic attack or a flare up that I need help with. He is very knowledgeable about medications.
I could write a novel about how incredible Ben is, but I’ll just sum it up in a couple sentences instead. I grew up poor and was taught that mental health didn’t exist, you sucked it up and kept going. When this mindset no longer Show moreworked, I knew I needed help- here’s where Ben comes in. I’ve been his patient for a few years now and consider myself lucky to have found him! I’ll never be able to thank him enough for his part in my mental health journey. I have and will continue to recommend him.

Dr Ben is the best psychiatrist I ever had. Comprehensive, Kind, understanding, supportive and patient. Very aware of his knowledge and very accurately identifies the therapy that the patient needs. His assistance is so great as well. She’s always in top of the things.

Very professional and friendly. better Communication skills to a young patient when other practices have been slightly awkward or they don’t hear me out all the way or they just don’t fully listen to what I’m saying because I’m younger they don’t take all I have to say serious but here he did and it was great

Dr jefferies has been my psychiatrist for 4 yrs. He is great. They moved his office across town from me & i continue to see him. He's worth the trip. I'm handicapped & in a wheelchair, so travel is not easy for me. But After covid, I could do video. I'm so glad I moved with him. He's a really sweet guy too.
