I take an integrative, client-centered approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to each individual’s unique needs, experiences, and goals. My work draws from a range of evidence-based modalities, including humanistic, psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and trauma-informed approaches.
I believe that many of the patterns, coping strategies, and protective mechanisms we develop early in life serve an important purpose, helping us navigate difficult experiences and environments. As adults, however, some of these same patterns may no longer support the life we want to live. Together, we work to understand these longstanding dynamics with curiosity and compassion, while creating space for new ways of relating to ourselves and others.

My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and curious. I strive to create an affirming, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore challenges and vulnerabilities. At the same time, I believe growth often requires honest reflection and, when appropriate, gentle challenge. I also value the role of humor in the therapeutic process and find that it can be a powerful tool for building connection, fostering perspective, and supporting healing.

I work with adults, couples, and adolescents, with a particular focus on supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community. My goal is to help clients deepen self-understanding, strengthen relationships, and make meaningful, lasting changes aligned with their values.

I am a fully licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York State and a board-certified National Certified Counselor (NCC). I am also currently pursuing certification as a sex therapist through the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT).
