It was easy to become a new patient, just a lot of paperwork, but all Doctors require this. Starting new on anything now a days takes a lot work. Employees are easy to talk to and comfortable to be around. I don't like takiShow moreng pills if I don't have to, diet and light exercise can cure most of our woes, but we just don't have time, drive, or mobility. The Staff always ask questions and we should too. They listen and can give us what we need.
They are always friendly, respectful, very helpful, if there is a question asked that they can't answer they will let you know they can't answer the question at that time but, they get you an answer. Once you've been Show morethere you will not want to go anywhere else.

This is not to be negative. My first visit, I was surprised that Dr. Zertuche has PA's conducting initial new patient screening. Not that that is bad. Also this gives us room in the future to get comfortable and as time goes I can get comfortable with this provider.
Always receive the best care from the staff. Would like to say Thank you for keeping me updated on everything.

Front desk staff was super sweet , Dr had a delivery & his Nurse Practitioner was amazing! He gave us a run down on what he saw on Sono & Made me feel So comfortable so glad I chose this office
