Fabulous way to quickly and easily supply your body with natural supplements and vitamins, including NAD+. Leah, the head nurse who administers the shots, is a pro with a gentle touch and also a very kind and gregarious person. Been getting these shots regularly for 4+ months. Highly recommend!

Popped in to ask questions since I've never had a vitamin shot. Explained that I was coughing and not feeling great. I was directed to an immunity shot, which I got, and within a hour my breathing started feeling clearer. After a few hours no more gravel sounding cough. I felt so bad when I first walked in the B-12 Store that I was willing to try anything. Glad I went this route! Blows my mind how quick and effective the immune shot was. At this rate I'll be 100% tomorrow morning.
