Births is consistently present and knowledgeable. I appreciate her insights and follow up on her recommendations. My only concern is that the failure of my insurance to cover the blood work she ordered. It is over $400.00 which has caused a strain on my finances. I need resolution and a full refund. I was not informed that I would be charged out of pocket.

Always ask both the patient and their parent how the are doing, and really wants to know and cares. Explain what she's prescribing, why and what some of the effects might be.
