The first time I felt a mental health professional has ever truly listened to me!
Wonderful. If you could give a 10, I would write it in.
Births is consistently present and knowledgeable. I appreciate her insights and follow up on her recommendations. My only concern is that the failure of my insurance to cover the blood work she ordered. It is over $400.00 which has caused a strain on my finances. I need resolution and a full refund. I was not informed that I would be charged out of pocket.

This was my first Spravato treatment. the environment was very relaxed, comfortable, and peaceful. Other than that, I didn’t feel anything unusual. My trauma is deep and a heavy burden. Perhaps next time.
Always listen. Takes your input seriously. Makes decisions based on the totality of the symptoms and information from the patient.
