Everyone in the office from front desk all the way through was very very nice!! The nurse that took my blood samples was great! She was excellent at her job! I didn’t feel any discomfort. Nurse practitioner McCoy was amazing!! ItShow more was my 1st visit and it felt as if I had been going to her for years as she was very compassionate and understanding of why I was there! I have nothing but great things to say about my whole experience !!

Beth always listens to me and explains medication,diagnosis and treatmeShow morent options that are best suited for me,in terms that I can understand, she is kind,compassionate and professional..I absolutely love McCoy Primary Care and would recommend them to all.x

I highly recommend McCoy Primary Care to anyone! The staff is professional and friendly. I have been coming here for a very long time and Beth McCoy herself has saved my life with her expert knowledge.
Beth was so kind, caring, and makes the best decisions about my health care. I am always comfortable talking to her about any of my health concerns. I never have to wait long at all to see her. I appreciate her and I’d recommend her to anyone for their healthcare.

Beth knew what needed to be done as soon as she peeked her head in the room. Glad she did that, made my appointment a bit faster. And she listened to me (although I was hard to understand).
McCoy Primary is an awesome business and all the staff there are so wonderful and friendly I would not trust my health and medical needs to anyone else in Bardstown.

Beth McCoy is a great nurse practitioner, she has saved my life more than once literally. Her office staff is just so nice and welcoming. A great atmosphere and a sense of peace knowing you’re going to be took care of.

Never a long wait. They are very friendly and professional. My drive is an hour long but I think it is worth it. Dr McCoy really listens to your concerns. Two thumbs up 👍👍

Being able to be seen in a timely manner when I’m unwell is very important. My experience has been positive, being seen as soon as possible, ample time is spent to address my healthcare issues, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I have never had a doctors office take such good care of me. They care, they stay on top of things. Beth and Emily are both amazing you won't find better care anywhere. It's a homey feeling. Staff is awesome. Love them all.

Staff is courteous and nice
I love how the staff is friendly and doesn’t make you feel like just a patient. Dr. Beth McCoy is a great listener and makes it a point to give you the best care possible. Her staff and she have is worth the hour drive.
Beth Mccoy has to be the best Dr. I have had. She's always genuinely concerned about anything that is going on with me. If she doesn't know what she needs to do she will send you to someone who does. And she will call me and check on me not her nurse or receptionist but Beth will call me personally. I appreciate her so much for showing me her concern and care. She is definitely my favorite doctor! ❤️
