With over 20 years of experience in obstetrics and gynecology, Beth is an invaluable asset to her patients and the team at Oakland Macomb. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Hope College in Holland, Michigan, where she played women’s soccer. She moved to Chicago following graduation, entering her first professional position as a Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery.
After returning to Michigan, she received her Master of Science in Nursing as a Nurse Practitioner from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan, in 2006. She has practiced in obstetrics and gynecology offices ever since.
As a Nurse Practitioner, Beth enjoys caring for women throughout their lifespan. She is trained to care for gynecologic and obstetric patients for routine care and urgent needs. In addition, she can perform in-office procedures such as IUD insertion and removal, Nexplanon insertion and removal, and colposcopy. She obtained her colposcopy training through the American Society of Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology (ASCCP).
Outside the office, Beth enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, and their Rhodesian Ridgeback, Remington. She loves spending time as a family traveling, camping, exercising, and sitting on the sidelines of sporting events!

Dr. Kennedy is so understanding and allows the time the patient needs during the visit. She placed my 2nd IUD and it was a 100% better experience than with my 1st IUD placed by another physician.
Appts for mammo and exam were on time and easy because they schedule both at the same time and they are both in the same building. Staff is wonderful. Dr. Peng is amazing. Takes a lot of time with her patient. Is very gentle.
