Dr. Purushottam and his staff made my vascular experience much easier. From Lynnette at the front desk, my ultrasound of the veins in my legs, my many phone calls and questions, and my chemical ablation I was treated professionallShow morey and put at ease. The entire staff are informative and I also enjoyed visiting with them. Dr. Purushottam explained and discussed the plan he felt was best for me and during the procedure I was informed what he was doing . I will return to have my left leg done.
From the moment you walk into the waiting room., you are sincerely welcomed into the most caring environment to coffee or the daily pastry. The actual care received is the most professional with good vibes between all the employeShow morees , the Doctor annd you, the patient! It was an unbelievably amazing level of care and treatment every step of the way. I feel so fortunate to have this level of care and expertise available to us in western South Dakota!

Before my consultation w/Dr P I was very concerned about my condition. Dr P assured me that my aneurism wasn't as severe as I suspected. I have a 6 month followup to measure it's progression when surgery may be required. Knowing I'm in good hands, I am confident my aneurism will be corrected. Thank you Dr P.

The doctor and all his staff are so friendly and explain everything they are doing. Even show on the screen as they are doing the procedure.
Dr. P is quite attentive—willing to listen and patiently answer questions from patient and family members, knowledgeable & professional. His staff is great! He and his nurses have called us to do follow-up checks. I'm office they start proactive to meeting patient's needs. They take care of getting VA approval for each visit. Shout-out to Lynette (front desk) and Jackie (nurse who called to check-up on my husband). 🥰
Great place to have surgery 10 otta 10 would let them cut me open again. But really the staff is great and make everything super easy. I had no worries what so ever and was comfortable the whole time. Thanks to everyone at Midwest Heart and Vascular

We were a little early for our appointment, but the receptionist was polite and helpful and got us checked in. We had a nice visit while waiting to go in. The doctor was very respectful and polite and informative.
