Dr. Purushottam and his staff made my vascular experience much easier. From Lynnette at the front desk, my ultrasound of the veins in my legs, my many phone calls and questions, and my chemical ablation I was treated professionallShow morey and put at ease. The entire staff are informative and I also enjoyed visiting with them. Dr. Purushottam explained and discussed the plan he felt was best for me and during the procedure I was informed what he was doing . I will return to have my left leg done.
Dr. Purushottom is knowledgeable and professional, yet easy to talk with. He takes time to thoroughly explain medical issues, in understandable terms, as well as any recommended follow-up exams or tests. He made sure I understood Show moreand encouraged questions. I was also pleased to discover that many procedures can be done right at his new Midwest office site. I found his staff, Lynette and Caroline, personable and helpful. Dr. Purushottam and his staff are superb. It is clear that he takes a lot of pride in his work and holds himself to a high standard. I feel like he actually cares about what I think and feel and takes that into consideration when planning his approach instead of solely relying on test results. He is a great educator. He could brag all day long but seems very humble and understands the barriers that his patients face.
