This office is friendly and informative from Lynnette at the front desk to my visit with Dr. Purushottam. There are informative posters from the waiting room to the exam rooms. My phone call after a mix up with my referral was haShow morendled with an appointment the next week. Dr. Purushottam is friendly and explained everything in terms I could understand. He came up with a plan for tests and treatment and then discussed it with me and my husband. Every person was friendly and professional.
Dr. Purushottom is knowledgeable and professional, yet easy to talk with. He takes time to thoroughly explain medical issues, in understandable terms, as well as any recommended follow-up exams or tests. He made sure I understood Show moreand encouraged questions. I was also pleased to discover that many procedures can be done right at his new Midwest office site. I found his staff, Lynette and Caroline, personable and helpful. I would definitely recommend Dr. P and his Midwest practice!

Having circulation problems since YEARS AGO DVT and no ankle ulcers for 10 years I have not fully understood what is recurring and exactly what the actual procedure was and what results I should expect. I do wish to recover use of my leg with fewer disruptions of normal activities.

The office was very welcoming. Had beverages and snacks while you wait. Caroline and Alena were very friendly. Caroline was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable and made the whole experience go very smooth, I felt right at home. The doctor made sure he answered any questions I might of had and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend this office. All the staff was wonderful and professional.

I would highly recommend Dr P and his staff. I have horrible anxiety and Dr p and his staff were kind and caring and explained everything to me. The office was very clean and all the staff is so friendly . They were very thorough with the procedure and fast. They made this high anxiety girl very comfortable which is so appreciated I would recommend this office 100%

I was referred to Midwest vascular and got immediately my two new xrays, then there was an unexplained delay and a missed memo sent to my referral source (suspension socks). When finally admitted to a vein procedure which was described as simple (and it was) there was no pre description of the after care needed, which was not so simple. This pre description of the time-taking after care would have saved me both time and money. The personnel are friendly and qualified.
