The phlebotomist was shaking super bad and wasn't able to hold the needle still. Then got my baby twice very hard and was not able to get the labs. Baby's arm was bleeding very heavily for a good while afterwards. OtherwisShow moree everything was great! ☺️
ALL of the staff are helpful, very knowledgeable & friendly!! I feel "well taken care of" when I leave my appointment & very thankful for their help & expertise!!!

This feedback is for Soundview Surgical Center. Rebecca, Amanda, & Holly were excellent. Nadia seemed uncaring & dismissive on the phone, so much so that I considered cancelling the procedure. Having no one answer the phone or return calls is a problem. I called multiple times, no answer. I left a message the day before the procedure asking for a call back & giving my phone number twice. No one returned my call. Janet in Dr. Abdullah’s office was instrumental in helping me with this appt.

Very professional doctor.
Procedure and doctor and all the team is great. It was just two hours of wait when I was already hungry for 48 hours.my appointment time was 1 but i got called at 3:30
The doctor and his team are very supportive, and responsive. They make our appointment process easy, send the appointment reminders, and respond our calls when we have questions. This is one of the best doctors I have ever met. He explained my health issues with great care and respect. His entire team was amazing, they truly made me feel cared for before, during, and after my procedure, and even during office visits. I am happy with the care I am getting from Dr Abdula the only problem I have is with your billing.
It would be nice if scheduling was more consistent. It's not easy to find someone to take an entire half day off to drive me home
I waited in the lobby for a hour before being seen and this was very frustrating. I am not sure if we were forgot about or if the provider was running behind. Better communication when running behind would be great. Otherwise care received was great.
We have called and left two detailed messages before our visit about problems with an xray order that were never returned. It is hard to get in touch with the office. We waited over 90 minutes to see the Doctor, would love if a nurse had let us know that he was in a long Virtual Appointment. It is ok, but would love to have better communication from the office.

Dr. Abdullah and his team are simply the best of the best. He is extremely thorough in his assessments, clinical explanations, work ups and attentiveness to the patient and family. I have been an RN in healthcare for 30 years, and know excellent care- Dr. Abdullah and the holistic care his entire team provides (Dietician, Naturopathic /Holistic Medicine, and more)... is excellent. Dr. Abdullah and team have helped me with a significant GI issue that has affected my health for years. Thank you!
