Blake Montgomery, PA-C

I am a Utah born physician assistant working at Axon Injury Clinic. I am bilingual in Spanish and love to speak it. I went on a medical service trip to Guatemala in 2018 and did a medical rotation in Costa Rica in 2023, both which were amazing opportunities and experiences. My education includes a bachelor's degree in microbiology from Weber State University and a master's degree in medical science in conjunction with completing a physician assistant program from Arcadia University in Glenside, Pennsylvania. I'm happy to be back in Utah where I can enjoy time with my family and the great outdoor activities here.
