My experience during the visit was outstanding. The interaction with Ms. Kim, the manager was outstanding. She exhibit t professional and she truly love what she does. She loves what she does and care for her patients is impeccablShow moree. By the way, I noticed her caring for another patient as well. People come to doctors office because they have health issues they couldn’t resolve on their own and I believe she feels that gap for me. As for the rest of the crew. I will say job well done.
My appointment was scheduled for 8:20a.m and my mom(83y) was scheduled for 8:40. They agreed to switch us (last minute) because mom is always seen first. They also agreed to let us use the same connection for both appointments. Show more She was definitely out of her comfort zone because she always goes to the office. When she realized we were done and back home (because we never left) before 8:45 she was surprised at how much time we saved. Very positive experience for both. We’ll do it again.

Worst experience ever with a caregiver. It has been impossible to get a response, after multiple phone attempts. As a physician, you don't have the option of not responding when a patient calls. Arrogant, irresponsible and unprofessional. Would rate 0 if that was an option.

Nurse Practioner does not submit correct paperwork for biopsy. Office personnel needs to be contacted for verbal order over the phone. When contacted office staff will say patient did not make request at time of visit the request
