Bolan P. Woodward, MD, is a skilled and dedicated OB/GYN offering comprehensive women’s health services at Southern OBGYN in Valdosta, Georgia. A proud Valdosta native, Dr. Woodward has been serving the local community for more than 40 years, providing compassionate care to women through every stage of life.

Dr. Woodward earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta before completing his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at University Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida. He is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG), demonstrating his commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care in his specialty.

With decades of experience, Dr. Woodward offers a wide range of OB/GYN services, including routine preventive care, prenatal and postnatal care, and the diagnosis and treatment of complex gynecologic conditions. He is known for his patient-centered approach, taking the time to listen, answer questions, and ensure each patient feels supported and informed in their healthcare journey.
