I wasn’t sure what to expect at my initial visit and felt a bit anxious. However, Bonny Petty was exceptional. After our first appointment, I felt completely at ease and confident that I am in excellent hands. Brittany has also been incredibly helpful. Both are polite, compassionate, and highly professional.
Every visit with Bonny Petty has been great. She is very attentive and I never felt rushed or unheard. There is clear understanding on what she felt I needed. Love that medication is always sent in quickly and the emails about meds after each visit. She has a great attitude and is open to all your suggestions. Excellent service from the office coordinator Brittany to Bonny. Brittany went above and beyond to help me when my insurance denied service. Great attitude attitude and always here to help
My session was great. She took the time to see me earlier than expected. I was able to express my concerns easily. She was very attentive and understanding of my feelings. She was very detailed about my diagnosis and the steps we should take. She was very confident in helping me finding solutions during my difficult times. She gave me references on anything else that I needed to do outside of her practice. I didn’t feel rushed or unheard. I would definitely recommend calling her.

I had my first visit today and I feel heard for the first time. She allowed me to take my time and addressed the issues I presented. I also appreciate her feedback and the treatment plan she set for me.
Bonny is so easy to talk to and you can tell she genuinely wants to help. I am already feeling calmer just knowing that I have a provider willing to listen.
Dr. Petty did an amazing job going over my assessment and explaining where the areas of concern were in her professional opinion. I felt like she really listened to my concerns and I felt heard. I was also given resource information I could use in conjunction with other recommendations that I feel will be highly impactful. Can we double the five stars to ten here? Highly recommend!
