Dr Pendley is wonderful. I was experiencing what I thought might be a health emergency and after I left a message he called me back got me worked in the next day, did tests and gave me a referral. He truly has concern for his patients. I can recommend him highly.
Had nurse call me to their office just to tell me to go to the ER with no new information. Could have just said that on the phone. I was Told on phone $20 copay and when I arrived told they don’t take my insurance. X ray tech had left for the day and they were unable to do anything. Just waiting for the bill…..

I am IMMUNE COMPROMISED and now I’ve missed a dose due to lack of employees capability to properly get insurance pre approval . This has been Awful experience with trying to transition from a previous provider to deal with my A1c medications. I highly DO NOT SUGGEST relying on them to communicate back by any means registering refills , insurance or appointments. I’ve literally had blue cross call and not get any answer as well but leaving them explicit instructions and direct contact info for the person who coordinates Dr Norris’ medications and nothing but a run around and now I am sitting here shaking in anger due to missing medication dosage . I plan to go to their office tomorrow on poplar avenue and not leave until this is resolved .

Dr. Pendley is a phenomenal doctor. He is not there to just prescribe a medicine and get you out the door. He really wants to take his time and find not just what is wrong with you but why. Very professional, very thorough and probably one of the best physicians I have ever encountered.
