As a provider myself, I always look for providers that I will go to or that I will send my family or patients too. I was fortunate that I found this little gem of a practice right here in Ocean View. The practitioners and the stafShow moref are wonderful. I always get great care and timely care and most importantly they always listen to me. I would recommend this practice to anybody looking for family practice in the Ocean View area or the surrounding area.
Moved to the area from Central Maryland a week ago. Chose Dr. Boyer as my new primary and saw him for the first time today. I am very impressed and pleased. My previous primary was a huge disappointment to me. Dr. Boyer seems to Show morebe on top of his game and tells you as it is. Very helpful in recommending local practitioners for various needs such as a dermatologist, Obgyn, etc. I’m looking forward to staying healthy under his care.

OVPC has brought all my negative blood work numbers back to normal. It took 2 years but they did it....
As a new patient at Ocean View Primary Care, I was impressed that my 9:30 a.m. appointment began promptly. Brad was thorough, professional, and not at all pushy. During my annual exam, he reviewed my blood work in detail and provided thoughtful recommendations. Although I was reluctant to leave my previous practice in Southern Maryland, I was very satisfied with the care Brad provided. So, I changed my Primary Care as of March 23, 2026.
Brad is nothing short of wonderful! He always addresses my concerns and the time he spends with me never feels hurried along. I highly recommend Brad and feel very fortunate to be his patient.

Dr Boyer takes the time to listen. He cares about the whole person. Physical, mental, emotional. My numbers have improved drastically. I take lower does and feel better in general.

Brad is the best! He answered an on-call weekend call immediately and helped me with an urgent issue. I followed up by phone on Monday with a question, and again, he responded the same day and made adjustments to my medication.
