Dr. McClure was recommended to me 3 years ago by a friend who had been seeing him for more than 10 years. He recently opened his own practice and I did not hesitate to follow him! I've never had any issues with scheduling, refillsShow more, or billing. Not at his old office nor at the new office. The transition to his new office has been super smooth which is no easy task when you're completely changing systems and you still have to keep up with timely refills, billing and appointment setting. Dr. McClure is quite pleasant and he actually takes the time to ask quantifying questions in order to make his treatment decisions. Our relationship is one of collaboration. He uses his knowledge and experience to provide a treatment plan while also making sure you feel in control of your medical decisions by offering different options. I never feel like I am just a number in a sea of patients. During our appointments he asks about my life and how I'm doing and he remembers little personal things that we've discussed in previous appointments. It's just obvious that he cares. His office offers in person and telemedicine appointments which is super convenient! It's so rare to be seeing a provider for years and have nothing negative to say. I'm just super thankful I found a great Dr.!
