Over the past couple of years, I have been a patient of Dr. Collins. I followed his guidance to the best of my ability, and everything has gone well. Many of the challenges I experienced were anticipated and discussed beforehand aShow mores part of the normal process associated with a robotic prostatectomy. My recovery has progressed as expected, and my body is responding just as he explained it would. Born and raised in Oak Grove, Oklahoma, Dr. Collins completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma. He later attended the University of Oklahoma Health and Sciences Center in Oklahoma City for medical school. Dr. Collins eventually moved to Omaha, Nebraska, to complete his urology residency at Creighton University.
Dr. Collins and his wife, Ashlyn, ultimately relocated to Fayetteville, Arkansas, to raise their family. Since joining the community, Dr. Collins’ interest in advanced urological treatments has only grown.
Today, he provides comprehensive care through minimally invasive benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) treatments, including laser enucleation, stone surgery, microscopic surgery for infertility treatment, urethroplasty, and sacral neuromodulation. Dr. Collins is thrilled to continue his education and training in the most contemporary urological surgery techniques.
In his spare time, Dr. Collins enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, camping, and traveling whenever he can.

There is no place in NWA better than here. Incredible doctors, very knowledgable, and caring. I have been going there for 10 years and feel very fortunate that I went here for care. Dr. Collins is a super doctor. You could not as for better.
He was not very attentive nor thorough with my mom’s needs and procedure. We left with other concerns in need of addressing that may have been interrelated, but he seemed too focus on leaving the room as he was discussing the results standing at the door half open. Nonverbals speak loudly. The first visit was more pleasant on the surface, but overall folks can sense quantity or quality.

Dr Colins and his staff are very professional, friendly, and can reduce medical lingo down to a version easily understood by regular people. He (and they) are prompt to answer questions. I have no hesitancy in recommending Dr. Collins, and I think we are lucky to have him in NW Arkansas.
Dr. Collins and the staff are wonderful people. They take care of your needs with dignity and compassion. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a neurologist.

Dr. Collins is a great doctor
I had a surgical procedure about a month ago which went very well. Unfortunately some unforeseen, but apparently normal issues arose on a cruise ship last week. I had to depart the cruise and get medical attention to deal with the issues on a caribbean island. As soon as I returned I requested an immediate appointment with Dr, Collins through his nurse and she asked me to come in the first day after my return. They worked me in and got me all fixed up!!! Thank you
Great personality I have a lot of faith in Dr Collins evaluation and recommendation regarding my urinary health. I recommend him highly.
