The check-in was great because the first person you see is friendly, helpful and understanding. But it all goes downhill from there. The wait... it's long and uncomfortable. I waited 1½ hrs before being seen. Then there's the DShow morer. Brandon Lynch, himself. He was very impersonal, made no real contact and treated me like I was just like another animal being run through the chute. He stood behind his computer the entire time, asked a few questions, then was gone. He was in there for maybe 3 min.
Quite busy practice but Dr. Brandon Lynch is an excellent surgeon and I felt that I was in good hands with his nurses & staff. They answered my questions I had and explained the tests and procedures in a clear manner. The onlShow morey negative thing is the office wait time. I understand it is a medical office and things happen, people have emergencies. Overall, I will recommend Dr. Brandon Lynch and see him for any other necessary treatment. Very fortunate for him taking care of me.

Dr. Brandon Lynch was able to diagnose a stomach inection during an indoscopy undertaken for other reasons. The Doctor and his staff are very professional, friendly and thorough.
Everyone was kind and courteous. Kim at the front desk was prepared and answered my questions. Bethany (I think that was her name), the surgery scheduler was very informative. Gave me all the information and instructions for my procedure and medications. Very helpful and said to call if I had any questions. Dr. Brandon Lynch was thorough with his pre-procedure history and questions.
Appointments and procedures will not be on time. Never saw Dr. before or after procedure or follow up.
Dr.Branden was knowledgible,professional and helped guide me through treating my infection.
Wait time is ridiculous 1 hrs. And 10 minutes from the time of my scheduled appointment time till I was called back to a room, that's not a short wait time I'm sorry. You need to fix that.

I have not yet met Dr. Brandon Lynch. However I have heard good things about the Lynch Family of Doctors. The staff also seem like good people who care and their patients.

As I live almost an hour away, would have appreciated know that Dr. Brandon was out of the office. However after a long 2 hr. wait I as able to see his sister. Was very pleased with her explanation of my test. In all the scope and the outcome were very pleasing to me. Thanks
The wait today was way too long. I was there 2 hours before I was seen, an hour and 40 minutes afterward my appointment time. Dr. Brandon wasn't there but I was very pleased with nurse practioner, Stacy. No complaints there, just too long of a wait time to get in.

Dr. Lynch was very thorough in the exam and explained the procedure to follow. He answered any question I had. His staff was kind, respectful and efficient. Terre Haute and the Wabash Valley is very lucky to have the Lynch Family.

My healthcare, and surgery were handled with both compassion, and professionalism. The end results were grand. I can strongly recommend this medical group to anyone that requires assistance in this specialty. Each Nurse, Staff member, and Doctor performed in a coordinated manner, and can not be praised enough. I thank them.
I'm old school. I think a doctor's in person follow-up after surgery is good "bedside manner".

Everything was an 11 on a scale of 1 to 10. I wish I could remember all the names of the staff that were involved, all were excellent including doctor, doctor’s staff, surgical and hospital staff.
