Brought 5 yr old son in to be seen who was in extreme pain after picking up sick from school. Receptionist so fast and sweet as can be. Was seen within 5 mins from a wonderful kind courteous caring team of nurses and Dr.’s. Found Show morehe had double ear infections and they immediately called over the antibiotics to the pharmacy in town where it was waiting and ready for us when we arrived. I only use this urgent care and recommend them to everyone. They care so much and don’t treat you with so much care, respect and empathy. Everyone even the receptionists are the sweetest! Thank you
I brought my son in for an appointment, he was upset and the staff was exceptional. The front desk was quick with check in, the MA was speedy as well and also adaptive to my child who wasn’t feeling well so he wasn’t in the best mShow moreood. NP Melanie was very kind, she understood he wasn’t feeling well and she was able to do his exam and send what was needed right away to help him start feeling better. Every time I go here no matter the issue the experience is 10/10.
Brandon O’Connor, MD, is the medical director and attending physician at O’Connor Medical Urgent Care in Port Jervis, New York. Dr. O’Connor attended Albright College in Reading, Pennsylvania, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in biochemistry. He continued his education with medical school at the American University of the Caribbean in Sint Maarten. After earning his medical degree, he completed a residency at Somerset Family Practice in Somerset, Pennsylvania, where he was chief resident during his final year.
Since completing his education and training, Dr. O’Connor has provided primary care, urgent care, and rehabilitative care. In his current role at O’Connor Medical Urgent Care, he specializes in occupational medicine and routinely provides physical exams, digital X-ray imaging, and immunizations.

Awesome service from the start
I was visiting the PA area from NY. I had a problem with a wound that wouldn’t stop bleeding. The Dr and staff were extremely friendly and helpful and did a great job rebandaging my wounds. I heartily recommend them for their professionalism and efficiency
The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Service time was pretty quick. I wasn’t too happy to hear though that my medication list wasn’t charted correctly from my previous visit. I’m on a lot of medications and this took more time out of my visit to go over and explain what every medication is used for because it wasn’t listed correctly the first time:
Excellent service, they took me right in. Very professional and cared about my needs. I had 4 xrays done on my ribs and was seen by the doctor shortly after. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of medical assistance, you will not be disappointed.
I’ve visited this office 3 times so far and it’s always been nothing but perfect. No wait time, my problem was addressed and treated all within an hour and staff was great!

The office was clean and receptionist’s were very nice and friendly. They helped me with my paper work without issue and doctor was very nice and quick. The best part was not waiting long they attempted me very quick. I would definitely return if I had too.
As always, I am very satisfied with my visit. I was seen relatively quickly first, by the nurse, followed by Dr. O'Connor. Everyone is very friendly and efficient and very important to me, the office is immaculate.

While traveling through the area I needed care. I was able to make an appointment that was convenient for me. I arrived early, registered, and taken back long before my scheduled appointment. The staff was great, the PA who treated me was WONDERFUL. I was out within 25 minutes. I would absolutely go back there if I'm in the area and need care.

Nothing like getting sick on vacation! As an out-of-towner, I feel lucky to have found this place. The staff was very friendly. I was in and out with no wait and Doctor O’Conner couldn’t have been kinder. He even called my hometown doctor to ask a question.
Same experience as before .. easy check in ..minimal paperwork.. short wait before being seen .. Friendly PA .. Dr OConner is great. If you need medical attention you need to be there !!!
Didn't really help. Recommended a medication not covered by insurance and is readily available over the counter. Still have fluid in my ears and no way to get rid of it unless I see an ENT three months from now. Each time I went in the front desk, the nurse, the student PA and PA all ask me whY brings me in. Everyone takes notes but evidently no one talks to each other or refers to chart. Between both visits I had to explain what's going on 8 times. The patients also need to be advised that they are not obligated to allow a student into their room or answer their questions. My consent was never requested nor given the student just comes into the room the last two visits and accompanies the physician. Some patients may not know or feel uncomfortable to speak up that they don't have to allow students in the exam room. I do not mind it but patients need to be aware in case they are uncomfortable.
First time coming to this urgent care facility, and it was very fast, simple and easy. The workers were very kind and patient with us.

As I’ve come to expect from O’Connor Urgent Care, the service and care shown at the clinic is outstanding! Small town feel, like a family doctor and nothing like your typical urgent care clinic which are usually impersonal and long wait times. O’Connor’s staff are professional, friendly and efficient from the reception to the intake assistant to the doctor and the follow up all excellent!
As always staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My visit today required an x-ray which was quick, easy and read immediately. The doctors and medical staff are amazing! Even though I go when I am sick, they make the visit pleasant!! ❤️
Very impressed and pleased with my visit earlier this month in which I urgently came in for stitches 10 minutes prior to them closing for the day. The staff were caring, efficient, and took their time despite having to stay past their closing time. Very appreciative of the care I was provided!

Been to this office/urgent care several times. Been seen myself and so has my sister as well as her granddaughter. They are always professional, thorough, and seem both concerned & caring. Do not hesitate to use this practice if needed.
