Brandy makes check-up visits pleasant and relaxed by looking at the whole picture when she cares for her patients. She remembers details from earlier visits, listens patiently without making me feel rushed, and gives down-to-earth medical advice. While healthcare seems to be growing more impersonal, Brandy’s appointments are always warm and reassuring because she genuinely pays attention and cares.
