Breanna Jackson, PharmD

Breanna Jackson, PharmD, MPH, is a licensed consultant pharmacist in Alabama and co-founder of Hickory Consultant Pharmacist. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy and Master of Public Health from Samford University, a BS in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Samford, and a BS in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Mercer University. Breanna has over 20 years of pharmacy experience, with her background including working in transitions of care, ambulatory care clinics, and retail pharmacy, providing a broad perspective on patient care. She supports patients and providers through medication optimization, including medication reviews, drug interaction screening, prior authorization support, and patient assistance programs. Her focus is simplifying medication regimens and improving outcomes in outpatient and independent-living settings. Outside of work, Breanna enjoys life with her husband—her high school sweetheart—their energetic 3-year-old, and 13-year-old dog.
