Brenda Carnaghi, DPM, is a board-certified podiatrist and surgeon with over 17 years of experience serving patients at Gentle Foot and Ankle Care in Troy, Michigan. Dr. Carnaghi is a Michigan native originally from St. Clair Shores. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology as well as a master’s in clinical/community health education from Wayne State University. She then earned her medical degree from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Carnaghi went on to complete an extensive three-year surgical residency at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio. She is board certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery in foot surgery. She has a special interest in the treatment of sports-related injuries, diabetic preventative care, diabetic wounds, foot and ankle surgery, and pediatrics. She is on staff at Troy Beaumont Hospital and Ascension Macomb/Oakland Hospitals. She is an avid sports fan and loves spending time with family.
