Welcome! I’m a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner based in Bloomington, Minnesota, and I specialize in working with adults whose depression and other mood symptoms have not improved with previous treatments. Many of the people I see have already tried therapy, medications, or both and still feel stuck, discouraged, or exhausted by the process. I also have a special interest in anxiety disorders, PTSD, OCD and ADHD. My goal is to offer thoughtful, evidence-informed care that helps patients feel heard, understood, and supported while exploring new options for relief. My practice is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and respect for each person’s experience. I take care to ensure that treatment is individualized, medically appropriate, and delivered safely with close monitoring, careful evaluation, clear communication, and an ongoing therapeutic relationship. I aim to create a space where you can ask questions, feel informed, and feel supported on your path to healing.
