Well after finally taking the plunge after many months of research, I can say without a doubt that my experience has far exceeded my expectations. Dr Brian Blumenauer is possibly the greatest plastic surgeon I have ever met and IShow more am absolutely ecstatic with my results. I was so unsure about facial plastic surgery prior to actually going ahead with it but boy am I glad I did. I went to see Dr Blumenauer six times over a period of months to ask questions and talk about what I wanted etc and what he was able to achieve based upon my request. He never made me feel like I was a nuisance he welcomed my mountain of questions and concerns and spent a great deal of time going over everything with me. He is very personable and extremely knowledgeable about his craft. He was patient, kind, caring, understanding and an absolute pleasure to meet. Also his staff are what legends are made of. Wow are they all a great team! I became like family to them and that’s exactly how I was treated, like family. When we think of Art there are many incredibly talented artists out there , Leonardo Da Vinci obviously the nations favourite and the the greatest of all time, well in the field of plastic surgery the same principal applies and Dr Blumenauer is, in my opinion the Da Vinci of plastic surgery. I will be forever grateful to the genius that is Dr B for not only restoring my youthful looks and helping me to see the younger version of myself without the sometimes startled appearance that can come with this type of surgery, but also giving me the confidence and self esteem that sometimes lack as we age. I live in San Diego and began this journey with the intention to have a neck lift only. Researched online and called a few offices for a consultation. I didn't receive a call back from the office in La Jolla CA. My sister-in-law highly recommended Dr Blumenauer/Oceana Aesthetics and I am so grateful she did! He is an excellent surgeon and the staff is awesome-professional, kind and helpful. Dr B was authentically present with me during our office visits. He recommended various procedures and answered all my questions and concerns thoroughly so that I felt comfortable going forward with surgery. There was no upselling. I had the neck lift, facelift. brow lift and upper lid blepharoplasty and very glad I did! I couldn't be happier with the results! I don't look "stretched" or have a "joker" face like some online photos I saw. The post op period was stressful for me but Dr B and the Brittany, Chloe and Tatiana were readily available to address my concerns immediately. Dr B is very accessible, unlike other plastic surgeons I'd heard about. I also enjoyed being in the Stuart FL area-a very nice and laid back place to recover. You can't go wrong here! Thank you!!
