I was totally impressed with everything and everyone. The receptionist was friendly and the waiting room comfortable. The technician who escorted me to the first examination room was both personable and professional. I was quite cShow moreomfortable with the examination. Following the initial examination, she moved me to another waiting area and assured me that the wait would be brief. It was. Then I was taken to the other examination room. Dr. Chadow arrived and was polite and courteous; even more, he was highly professional. He asked detailed questions, explained procedures and medications, responded to my questions, and always asked if I had other questions or concerns.
The staff, Medical Techs were exceptional!!! It’s rare to walk into a Medical office where you are treated in a Professional yet kind way. Dr. Chado could not have done a better job explaining what I needed. Concise, smart and lisShow moretened to my questions. Why are not all Medical practices this good?!?
Brian Chado, OD, provides an array of services to treat conditions like dry eyes, cataracts, glaucoma, and general eye diseases at the Maryland Vision Center location in Frederick, Maryland.
Dr. Chado received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland in College Park before earning his Doctor of Optometry at Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. He completed clinical rotations at Oklahoma Medical Eye Group in Tulsa, the Eye Care Center in Richmond, and the Eye Center in Memphis. Dr. Chado completed his residency in ocular disease at Baltimore VA Medical Center in Maryland.
In his free time, Dr. Chado enjoys being outdoors, traveling, hiking, and spending time with his wife. He is originally from Frederick and is excited to be providing eye care to the residents of his hometown!
Dr. Chado and the Maryland Vision Center staff welcome all new patients, and the practice accepts most major forms of insurance.

Front desk personnel and patient assistants are very nice. Dr. Chado did a good dilated exam of both eyes, and asked if I had any questions or concerns. I had a good experience from start to finish.

Vision exam for Glaucoma I had a comprehensive exam, and Dr Chado fully explained a plan going forward with future visits. I was not rushed, and he took the time to answer all my concerns and questions.
Not just the best Ophthalmologist I have ever had, the best doctor period. I don't even have to say what is wrong, he looks in my eyes and already knows + he explains everything at a high level, but concisely. Cannot recommend enough.
