As a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Urgent Psych Rx, I bring a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from Texas Christian University and nearly eight years of combined critical care nursing and mental health experience. I provide compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each patient’s unique needs. I have experience treating mood disorders, anxiety, trauma-related conditions, and bipolar spectrum disorders. My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive, with a focus on reducing stigma and improving access to quality outpatient mental health care. I strive to create a supportive, collaborative environment where patients feel heard and empowered while working toward long-term stability and overall well-being.
