Brian Ibrahim, MD, is an experienced, board-certified family medicine physician at Pinnacle Healthcare System in Hollywood, Florida. He has over a decade of experience helping patients achieve exceptional health and disease prevention in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Dr. Ibrahim earned his Bachelor of Science in biology with a minor in chemistry and business administration at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida. He completed his medical degree at the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in the Netherlands.
Dr. Ibrahim completed a family medicine residency at South Nassau Communities Hospital in Oceanside, New York, where he was Chief Resident.
Dr. Ibrahim has been practicing in the Memorial Health Care System for over 10 years as one of the premier hospitalists. He was the medical director of Memorial South Hospital Group and is currently the Chief of Family Medicine.
He enjoys helping patients better manage chronic diseases and reduce their risk of complications. I was having a lot of medical issues which over whelmed me. Dr.Ibrahim listened patiently to all of my concerns and then said to me."I dont want you worrying, I have this and will handle everything. " I immediately felt a sense of relief. Doctors like him are a rarity. :

Every visit consists of outstanding care,patience and welcoming. This last visit was equally as excellent. Dr. Ibrahim NEVER makes me feel rushed or unimportant. If I feel like I am asking too many questions, his reply is, "Thats what I'm here for",to listen and help you. He is thorough, professional and I could not ask for a better provider.
As always my experience was totally satisfying and professional. Dr. Ibrahim and Priscilla were very caring and took their time explaining the change of medicine and the need to follow up with some test. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
I’m very sorry to see that Dr. Caraballo is leaving the practice. He is the best doctor that I’ve seen . He is very competent and very thoughtful. I can say he actually saved my life. I’m so sad to see him go. It’s a big loss to the practice.
As a mother, I am very satisfied with Dr. Carballo. My daughter has a mild disability due to a rare condition and requires specialized care. I chose Dr. Carballo because he treats her as an important patient, and I am grateful for his support. Unfortunately, I do not have direct access to speak with him about these office issues. While not all of the office ladies are difficult, my last two calls left me feeling poorly treated. It felt as though we were not being treated well simply because I am going through a difficult financial time right now. To the staff in the office: I hope you never find yourselves in my position. The administration here is unacceptable. Patients must track their own refills, and we often wait over two days for a response to the pharmacy. Recently, the staff called to confirm an appointment but then said they had to check with the manager to see if we could attend due to an open balance. The manager never called back to confirm or cancel. Now, the office is charging me a $25 no-show fee for an appointment they never confirmed. It makes me very sad to say goodbye to Dr. Carballo. Thank you very much for your support and for helping my daughter.
