Brian Ibrahim, MD, is an experienced, board-certified family medicine physician at Pinnacle Healthcare System in Hollywood, Florida. He has over a decade of experience helping patients achieve exceptional health and disease prevention in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Dr. Ibrahim earned his Bachelor of Science in biology with a minor in chemistry and business administration at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida. He completed his medical degree at the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in the Netherlands.
Dr. Ibrahim completed a family medicine residency at South Nassau Communities Hospital in Oceanside, New York, where he was Chief Resident.
Dr. Ibrahim has been practicing in the Memorial Health Care System for over 10 years as one of the premier hospitalists. He was the medical director of Memorial South Hospital Group and is currently the Chief of Family Medicine.
He enjoys helping patients better manage chronic diseases and reduce their risk of complications. As always my experience was totally satisfying and professional. Dr. Ibrahim and Priscilla were very caring and took their time explaining the change of medicine and the need to follow up with some test. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

As a mother, I am very satisfied with Dr. Carballo. My daughter has a mild disability due to a rare condition and requires specialized care. I chose Dr. Carballo because he treats her as an important patient, and I am grateful for his support. Unfortunately, I do not have direct access to speak with him about these office issues. While not all of the office ladies are difficult, my last two calls left me feeling poorly treated. It felt as though we were not being treated well simply because I am going through a difficult financial time right now. To the staff in the office: I hope you never find yourselves in my position. The administration here is unacceptable. Patients must track their own refills, and we often wait over two days for a response to the pharmacy. Recently, the staff called to confirm an appointment but then said they had to check with the manager to see if we could attend due to an open balance. The manager never called back to confirm or cancel. Now, the office is charging me a $25 no-show fee for an appointment they never confirmed. It makes me very sad to say goodbye to Dr. Carballo. Thank you very much for your support and for helping my daughter.

Dr. C and Elizabeth are excellent. However, some of the referrals, such as for sleep apnea are less then desirable and with providers without good reviews. I was told I would have a home study mailed to me, and that hasn't materialized, yet.

I have a very complex medical history. Dr. Abraham knows it all I’ve been with him for three years and he has been excellent. He’s an excellent listener. I always go with my list for my questions and I get them all answered amazing and phenomenal physician.

Dr Carbalho is the most kind doctor my daughter found. He really take care my daughter with Moya Moya.
