I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Brian Pell in hopes of finding a new psychiatrist, eager for support and understanding. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be deeply distressing. Instead of the compassion I anticipated, he laughed at my situation, dismissed my concerns, and made me feel belittled. His unprofessional behavior left me feeling worse than before, and I truly believe he lacks the empathy and qualifications necessary to be in practice.

I moved to New York shortly after college and was struggling to find a psychiatrist that fit my needs. I have been going to Dr Pell for over a year now, and will recommend him to anyone looking for a caring and competent psychiatrist. Dr Pell is incredibly kind, and always listens to my concerns and has helped me manage my medication more successfully than any doctor I’ve had before.
