My visits are always pleasant and if I’m having pain Dr Toulson helps me. I always feel comfortable and welcome in the clinic, however I often forget, to ask questions. I am looking forward to my second knee replacement, which wilShow morel be in a few short days, January 27 at PRESBYHospital on Highway 75 at Exchange. I have confidence in him as my surgeon and am hoping Brian is assisting with him as well as Ms Bic…..Hoping again for an epidural/saddle block like last time. No nausea after surgery and quick to feel recovered. I am hoping for two nights Visit at Hosp, being released Sunday morning. I will be bringing my breathing CPAP Machine, my ice machine and new attachment purchased from Ms Janese at clinic. Should I bring my walker or will they use one from hospital facility to walk me in the hallway? I have been having very severe sciatic issue on that operated leg and Dr. Toulson assured me he would inject something in my IV that could give me a few days or hopefully weeks of relief. I consider myself acing the first surgery but that SCIATIC has crippled and prevented me from having a more complete recovery. I do not like not being more successful in my healing and I’m looking forward to making this second surgery a winner. I congratulate Dr. Toulson and his clinic in making the physical moved to a new location. I look forward to, hopefully, a sketch of sorts showing me exact location. I am picturing you on the East Side of 75 close to Medical City McKinney hospital. I never go that direction, but I will find it for my follow up. I should be able to drive by myself with my good right leg on the pedal…..but Not to the metal. Ha ha I was good to drive in week three with my first replacement. WOO HOO……I am so ready. I could come today. L O L Thank you Alpha Orthopedics, for giving me confidence and assuring me of another job to be well done. When this knee is replaced and I am healed, I may have fewer visits, but will still continue referring all of you to friends with same issues. Amen. See Y’All on Friday.ds
My visits to see Dr Toulson are always most pleasant and fulfilling. My recent surgery at Methodist McKinny was amazing…no pain, no discomfort, nada…..and I had the most pleasant and accommodating nurses, a kind visit from you, DShow morer Toulson….as you were winding your surgery day down and you dropped in to see how I was doing. My pain began, of course, after coming home….but I had the necessary meds to eliminate and I was able to enjoy two weeks of HOME PT. Then I began the more serious three times a week PT just a block from my home in Frisco. I have had the pleasure of each time I mention you, Dr Toulson, receiving great applause and happy exclamations. Everybody who knows you or who has had you as their doctor…LOVES YOU. Speaking for myself, certainly. You did a great job on my KNEE REPLACEMENT and thank goodness I just found this email tonight…..as I was deleting over 5,000 plus emails. LOL. I can hardly wait to see you once again on Oct 6. I am trying hard to be a good patient for you and I’m working hard at PT. I began driving last week and I’m a good driver, careful and courteous and have NO PAIN at all in the driver’s seat. Thank you again and again for such a neat and straight incision on my knee. I know you will be doing the same cool work on my other knee very soon after the holidays. I’m hoping to schedule my appointment this next visit. You are AMAZING….and it is such a pleasure getting to tell you that. See you very soon now, you hear? Respectfully & Fondly, Jan Besson

On a scale of 1-10 Dr Snow is clearly a ten. He was familiar with my case background before he entered the exam room. Dr Snow made you feel comfortable and was easy to talk to. His exam was thorough and. Discussed alternatives and recommended a proposed plan of action. I highly recommend Dr Snow and his staff
Very personable doctor, and the PA was great too. Hopefully my treatment will give me relief of my pain!
Very good quick service to relieve pain in my shoulder
All of the staff including Dr Snow give me all of the time I need to get answers ro my questions.
The wait was too long, but the visit was great.
I had surgery to repair a torn tendon in my arm. Dr. Snow was very professional and easy to work with. The quality of his staff and their service are exceptional to the point I don't dread going to their office for follow ups. The whole surgery process was so smooth that I didn't have any anxiety or fear of the outcome. Everyone, from the check in people, the anesthesiologist, the pre-op nurses, and the physical therapy people, are all very good to work with. Glad I chose this doctor.
Routine follow-up. No unnecessary tests or activities. I appreciate the professional approach.
Dr.Snow has been my doctor for eight years. He listens very attentively, very caring, extremely informative, explains medical terminology where I’m able to understand. Very compassionate, and considerate. he needs to be cloned, love he man to death.
Overall okay..,appointment scheduled for 10. Didn’t see the doctor until 11:00. Generally staff and doctor professional and cordial
Waiting period was a bit more than usual
Excellent
I’m so happy with Dr Snow’s work on my knees and would recommend him to anyone!
Doctor Snow and his staff is always pleasant and professional.
The doctor and staff are efficient, professional, and pleasant.
I waited way too long to see Dr. Snow. I waited in the waiting room for over an hour and when I got back to the exam room I waited for over 30 minutes. This is very unacceptable. I hope you can do something about this situation. It’s terribly frustrating. Other than that, Dr. Snow is very pleasant.
Dr. Snow was his usual responsive and informative self. Great personality, smiles easily and from my past experience thoroughly professional and competent.
I didn’t wait long to see the doctor. Dr Snow has been seeing me for 7.5 years and it’s because of the way he had treated me and handles all my issues
Staff was patient and nice. The Dr. was completely concerned.
Dr. Snow listens to my questions and gives concerned answers/suggestions, I've been a patient for many years.
Everyone was wonderful all through prep appointment and all the followups.
Dr. Snow explained things to me that gave me peace of mind and confidence that the healing process would go well. When I left, I felt like I had the answers that I was looking for.
Professional. Paid attention to my comments and concerns.
I love the flexibility of the walk-in scheduling for me. I see occasional others with rigid schedules struggle sometimes with waiting, but it works for us. Sometimes it is hard to move in the morning and traffic is unpredictable. Open schedule helps. I also like that the staff is so interchangeable, they step in and help back each other up. I do wish the waiting room seats were more rigid and easier to get off. Broken arm/shoulder makes it tough to scootch in and out. Thanks for all.
Easy to talk to
Everyone there is so nice. Dr Snow always takes time to talk with me and explains everything
