Dr. Brittany Sumpter, DPM

Brittany C. Sumpter, DPM, is an experienced podiatrist who strives to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and enhance overall quality of life in her patients.

A native of Little Rock, Arkansas (home state of President Bill Clinton), Dr. Sumpter grew up as a "Military Brat" as her father served over 20 years in the United States Air Force. She graduated from Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina, earning a bachelor's degree in biological sciences. 

She furthered her education by attending Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Sumpter then completed her residency in Brooklyn, New York, at The Brooklyn Hospital Center, where she served as chief resident during her final year. She is currently board-certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine.

In her free time, Dr. Sumpter enjoys traveling with her mother and younger brother, hiking, drawing, reading graphic novels, and exploring art history museums. She is also a film enthusiast and passionate about volunteering in community outreach programs.

Dr. Sumpter sees patients at the McDonough and Riverdale offices.
