Mrs. Brooke Chianella, FNP-C

Brooke joined Signe Spine & Rehab as a Nurse Practitioner in July 2024. Brooke grew up in Tennessee and moved to Charleston in 2011. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) and completed her Family Nurse Practitioner training at Georgetown University. As a devoted wife and mother of two, she values family time and embraces an active lifestyle as an avid runner. Brooke approaches medical care from a holistic perspective, emphasizing the importance of patient well-being and natural living. Her passion for patient care drives her commitment to helping individuals achieve their optimal health and wellness. 

Brooke cares for patients throughout their journey—from the initial appointment through ongoing treatment—providing both continuity and comprehensive care. She collaborates closely with Dr. Nemeth, aligning with his care philosophies while bringing her own patient-centered perspective to each visit. As part of Signe Spine’s collaborative, team-based approach, Brooke ensures that patients feel supported, informed, and confident in their care every step of the way.
