Brooke is a Baltimore native and Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience working with diverse communities across the country. Her work has shaped a flexible, compassionate, and deeply human approach to care. She believes no two people experience life the same way, and treatment should reflect that individuality. Her approach blends evidence-based psychiatric care with a holistic perspective. Brooke values the connection between mind and body, often encouraging patients to explore practices that support both emotional and physical well-being. She recognizes that healing is influenced by environment, movement, and overall lifestyle. Outside of her clinical work, Brooke enjoys spending time outdoors and seeking adventure. She loves hiking, backpacking, cross-country drives, motorcycles, and fast cars. She once spent several weeks in Sedona, Arizona, backpacking and connecting with nature.
