With over a decade of experience as an Emergency and Trauma Nurse Practitioner, I have provided high-acuity care across emergency departments, trauma surgery services, and air medical transport. This background has given me a strong foundation in whole-person care and the ability to support patients with both general family health needs and mental health concerns. I specialize in evaluating and managing anxiety disorders, panic disorders, insomnia, and post-traumatic stress–related conditions, offering calm, evidence-based, patient-centered care. My goal is to provide accessible, supportive Telehealth services that help individuals and families feel understood and empowered. I focus on medical management and encourage anyone beginning a medication treatment plan to also establish care with a licensed mental health counselor, therapist, or social worker for comprehensive support.
