I don’t feel my experience was very personal at all. It seemed robotic. I complained of side effects from my medications and instead of working with me to figure out what to do next, I got “I don’t know what the issue could be or Show morewhy you’re experiencing that.” If the only thing that has changed in my life is medication, clearly it is the medication. Especially if I look it up myself and see that my side effects are related to the medication while the doctor acts clueless and not empathetic.
Dr. Cain, is among the best mental health practitioners I have ever seen. He is straightforward and very thorough to ensure you get the right medical help as needed. Very attentive to your needs and has a wonderful bedside manner.Show more A man of great character and a professional at his job. Through his treatment plan he's given me a new lease on life. There aren't enough stars or thank yous' for the change he has helped me with my mental health. He isn't selling snake oil, he's there for you.

Omg the Environment when you walk in so loving and just welcoming. All I’m going to say this is the Best place with the best staff! Dr. Cain is very very calm and just so understanding and I love it! You guys rock!

He has great bedside manner and treats his patients with the utmost respect. He has helped me turn my life completely around. He's not selling snake oil.
