I work with adults 18+ who want to better understand themselves, break patterns that keep them stuck, and create meaningful, lasting change. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, substance use and recovery, relationship concerns, perfectionism, procrastination, social anxiety, self-esteem, stress, and challenging life transitions. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, practical, and tailored to you.
