Carolina Guitarrari, APRN

Carolina Guitarrari is originally from São Paulo, Brazil. She is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. She is an advanced practice clinician and holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Utah College of Nursing with emphasis in Geriatric Leadership. She is a Family Nurse Practitioner, board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Carolina has been involved in the healthcare community for over 10 years. Her professional career includes work as a public health nurse, and later she practiced as a Family Nurse Practitioner at a local Community Health Center. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, she strives to provide not only quality but culturally relevant care to individuals. She welcomes patients and families to be part of the care plan and empower them to make educated healthcare choices whenever possible.
