Our provider, Caroline Anderson is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with 20 years of nursing experience and the founder of Tides + Light Mental Wellness. Caroline integrates medication management with supportive psychotherapy informed by cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, and humanistic approaches, offering care that is practical, personalized, and genuinely human. She works with women navigating mood and anxiety challenges, fertility journeys, the perinatal period, relationship and career transitions, and the evolving demands of different life chapters.
