Excellent communication and empathy. I was never overweight but had 15 lbs of post menopause weight gain and was always starving. I’m not kidding, my stomach would make noises just to maintain my extra 15 lbs. This has brought happiness and confidence back to my life. Caroline checks in periodically and helps with proper dosage and I feel confident in her ability to manage my care.
