Dr. Kaplan and her staff are very warm and inviting. I felt at ease during my initial visit and Dr. Kaplan was thorough and explained everything she was doing and would be doing as next steps. I left my appointment feeling heard and hopeful.
The nurse practitioner was excellent—kind, attentive, and very knowledgeable. She took her time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly. I felt genuinely cared for and confident in the treatment plan. Highly recommend.
The appointment was good and staff were pleasant, however, they are a bit slow with results

I felt heard and seen everyone was very kind and they give you options
Courtney was amazing, very attentive, answered my questions provided clarity to all the information she provided me. I was pleasantly surprised I expressed concern about a future procedure and she assured me I had full autonomy over whether or not the procedure would be done. I truly felt heard, understood and not judged.
