I can’t say enough good things about Catherine and the care she provided during my child’s recent sick visit. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, making my little one feel at ease despite not feeling well. She took the time to thoroughly examine my child, patiently answered all my questions, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Her kindness, expertise, and gentle approach made a stressful situation much more manageable. Highly recommend!
I feel like when I need an appointment scheduled or have any questions Kids Bright staff and Catherine have been very helpful! I have not had an issue with scheduling appointments or anything. When needed we are always able to be seen quickly without a long wait period. I am satisfied with Kids Bright staff!
