I have nine years of combined experience in the health field, from being a family nurse practitioner to a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. My passion for working as a nurse was built by my biggest inspiration, my mom. She lost her battle with breast cancer, but she is remembered for her endless compassion and empathy as a nurse herself. She has been the driving force behind my providing a compassionate and validating approach to mental health care for all individuals.
