About Catherine Garrow, MSW, LICSW

I believe meaningful change begins when people feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client's unique strengths, experiences, and goals. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, ADHD, and neurodivergence. Drawing from evidence-based approaches including CBT, TF-CBT, Psychodynamic, Family Systems, and Strengths-Based Therapy, I help clients gain insight, build resilience, improve relationships, and develop practical tools for lasting change. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can heal, grow, and move toward a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
